- Intergroup Committees have their own web pages to assist in their work
- Extensive additions to the Archives including tours and virtual displays
- Outreach Committee created to increase communication and participation
- Dozens of new products available at the store to assist in Twelfth Step Work – both by groups and individuals
- Service Positions open for young and old and everything in-between
